This lamp requires 4 photos—one for each panel.
What kind of photos work best?
Bright, clear photos with good lighting and sharp faces work best. Avoid very dark, blurry images, and heavy filters.
Will you edit or enhance my photos?
I’ll size and crop your images to fit the panels, and I may make minor adjustments for the best lithophane results.
How long does it take to make?
Each lamp is made to order, and in the order received. Typical production time is 5-7 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Can I request rush processing?
Yes—rush options may be available an additional fee. Message me before ordering if you need it by a specific date.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, tracking is provided once your order ships.
What is wood-infused PLA?
Wood-infused PLA is a premium filament blend that creates a natural wood-like look and texture while still being durable and lightweight.
What is regular PLA?
Regular PLA is a standard 3D printing material that offers a smooth finish and comes in various colors.
What is ABS?
ABS is a durable plastic material known for its strength and heat resistance.
Do the lamps come with a bulb?
Yes—all lamps include a bulb and wall plug. Most use LED bulbs, with the exception of wax warmers which use a special bulb designed for wax melting.
Can I change the photos later?
Our square four-panel lamp features a replaceable panel design, allowing you to swap lithophane panels anytime. Other lamp styles have permanently installed panels.
Is it safe to leave on for long periods?
Yes—all our lamps are designed for safe extended use with the appropriate bulb type included.
How do I clean the lamp?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid applying cleaning chemicals directly on the lithophane panels.
Do you accept returns on custom lamps?
Because each lamp is made-to-order using your photos, returns aren’t typically accepted. If there’s an issue, I’ll make it right—just contact me.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item, and I’ll help immediately.
What if I uploaded the wrong photo?
Contact me as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, I can usually update the images.
