Custom Made-to-Order Products
Because each lamp at Burchfield Lamp Co. is custom-made using your personal photos, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, making it a unique, personalized item.
Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at burchfieldlampco@hotmail.com
- Include photos of both the packaging and the item
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Custom lithophane lamps created with your photos cannot be returned
- Personalized items and special orders are final sale
- All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective
Refunds
If your claim is approved after our evaluation, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at burchfieldlampco@hotmail.com.
