Processing Time
All Burchfield Lamp Co. products are handcrafted and made-to-order using 3D printing technology. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship to 28 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and select other international destinations.
Shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 3-7 business days after production
- Canada: 7-14 business days after production
- International: 10-21 business days after production
Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us at BurchfieldLampCo@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
